What actually happens when you land

Your chauffeur is dispatched against the flight, not against the time you typed into a form. The arrival is monitored from wheels-up, so an hour's delay moves the pickup by an hour instead of turning into a no-show fee.

As standard the chauffeur meets you at the kerbside pickup point for your terminal, and their mobile number is on your confirmation before you travel — so if the hall is chaotic you are one call away rather than one search away.

If you would rather be met inside the terminal, past baggage reclaim, with a board showing the lead passenger's name, add meet-and-greet when you book. It is a priced option rather than an inclusion, because at many airports it carries an access fee the operator has to pay.

  • 60 minutes free waiting after an international landing; 30 minutes on a domestic one.
  • Meet-and-greet inside the terminal as a bookable extra, where the airport permits it.
  • Luggage help to the vehicle as standard.
  • Porter, buggy or fast-track arranged on request where the airport offers it.

Departures

Going the other way

Departures are simpler but less forgiving — the pickup time is the whole product. We set it from the airline's recommended check-in for your terminal and cabin, the distance, and the traffic pattern for that hour in that city, then we send it to you to approve rather than deciding it silently.

Pickup time you can argue with

If you think it is too early or too tight, say so and we will re-time it. It is your flight; we would rather have the conversation the day before than at the kerb.

Terminal-accurate drop-off

Large airports have several departure levels and terminals that are effectively separate airports. Give us the flight and you get dropped at the right door.

Multi-pickup runs

Collecting a team from several addresses on the way to one flight is a single booking, sequenced by us rather than improvised by the chauffeur.

Questions

Airport transfer questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us the flight number on the booking and the arrival is monitored against the airline schedule. The chauffeur is re-timed to the actual landing, so a delay does not cost you the car and does not become a no-show.

How much waiting time is included on an arrival?

Sixty minutes after landing on an international arrival and thirty minutes on a domestic one, which covers immigration and baggage in normal conditions. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the rate shown on your confirmation.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?

At the kerbside pickup point for your terminal as standard, with the exact spot and the chauffeur's mobile number on the confirmation you receive before travel. If you would rather be met inside, past baggage reclaim, with a name board, add meet-and-greet when you book - it is a priced option because most airports charge the operator for terminal access.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Match luggage first, then passengers. Two people with three large cases are more comfortable in an SUV than in a sedan. The passenger and luggage capacities shown on the fleet page are the working limits, not a best case.
