Terms & conditions

The rules that govern a booking, written to be read rather than to be survived.

Plain summary. We arrange chauffeured transport and it is delivered by licensed local operators. Your quotation is fixed. Waiting allowances and cancellation windows are on your confirmation. These terms set out the detail. Last updated 2 September 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

LimousineWorldwide.Services arranges chauffeured ground transportation. Journeys are performed by independent chauffeur operators licensed in the market where the journey takes place. Your booking is made with us; the driving is performed by the operator we appoint.

2. Quotations and payment

  • A quotation is fixed for the journey described in it. It covers the vehicle class, the chauffeur, road tolls, airport access fees, standard parking on the route, and the waiting allowance stated on the confirmation.
  • Charges outside the quotation arise only from changes you request, waiting beyond the allowance, distance beyond a stated allowance on hourly bookings, or fees imposed by a venue or port.
  • Payment terms, currency and any deposit are shown before you confirm. Account customers are billed under their own agreed terms.
  • Gratuities are discretionary unless the law or standard practice of the local market includes them, in which case it is shown on the quotation.

3. Waiting time

  • Airport arrivals: 60 minutes free from actual landing on international arrivals, 30 minutes on domestic.
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes free from the booked time.
  • Beyond the allowance, waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the rate on your confirmation.
  • Hourly bookings include waiting between stops for the whole booked period.

4. Changes, cancellation and no-shows

  • Amendments are made through the reservations desk. If a change alters the price you are told the new figure before it is applied.
  • Cancellation is free up to the window shown on your confirmation. Windows are longer for stretch limousines, coaches, group work and event bookings because the vehicle is held.
  • If no passenger appears and no contact is made within the waiting allowance, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
  • If we cannot supply the vehicle class booked, we will upgrade at no additional charge or, where no acceptable alternative exists, refund in full.

5. Your obligations

  • Give accurate pickup and destination details, including terminal, FBO or berth where relevant.
  • Give the flight or tail number for any journey touching an airport, so the arrival can be tracked.
  • Declare passenger numbers and luggage honestly, including oversized items, so the vehicle is sized correctly.
  • Request child seats, accessible vehicles, pets or protocol requirements at the time of booking.
  • Behave lawfully and safely in the vehicle. A chauffeur may end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or abusive, and no refund is due in that case.

6. Liability

We are responsible for arranging the service with reasonable care and skill and for appointing operators who hold the licensing and insurance their market requires. The operator performing the journey is responsible for the driving, the vehicle and its own compliance.

  • We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, traffic, strikes, civil disruption, road or port closures, or action by an airport, port or public authority.
  • We are not liable for missed flights, sailings or connections where the delay arose from such an event or from information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
  • Property left in a vehicle is returned where possible; we cannot accept liability for loss of items left behind.

7. Complaints

Raise a problem with the reservations desk while it is happening if you can — most issues are fixable in the moment and unfixable afterwards. Written complaints are acknowledged and investigated with the operator concerned, and you will get an answer rather than a form letter.

8. Governing terms

These terms apply alongside the specific inclusions, allowances and cancellation window shown on your confirmation. Where the two differ, your confirmation governs the booking it relates to.
