Traveller walking through an airport terminal
How it works

How it works

Six steps from enquiry to arrival, plus the waiting-time and cancellation rules written out rather than buried.

The process

From enquiry to arrival

Enter the route

Pickup, destination, date and time — or a start time and a duration if you want the car held. The system prices every vehicle class that can genuinely take your party and luggage.

Choose a class

Each class shows its own fixed price. Passenger and luggage figures are working limits, so what you see is what the car will actually carry.

Confirm the details

Lead passenger, flight or tail number, extra stops, child seats, name-board wording. Pay and your confirmation and voucher arrive by email.

Get your chauffeur

Chauffeur name, vehicle and mobile number are issued ahead of pickup — so you can reach them directly rather than call a switchboard.

Travel

Arrivals are tracked against the flight and re-timed automatically if it slips. Departures leave at the time you approved.

Afterwards

A receipt with the reference and cost centre you gave us. Corporate accounts get it consolidated instead of one email per ride.

Waiting time

The rules, stated plainly

Waiting is where most transfer disputes start, so here is exactly how ours works.

Airport arrivals

Sixty minutes free after an international landing, thirty after a domestic one — counted from actual touchdown, not from your scheduled time.

All other pickups

Fifteen minutes free from the booked time. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the rate on your confirmation.

Hourly bookings

Waiting between stops is what you are paying for, so it is never extra. Only time beyond the booked period is added.

If you are going to be late, tell the chauffeur. Their number is on your confirmation. A message costs nothing; a silent no-show is billed as one.

Changes

Amending or cancelling

  • Amendments — time, date, vehicle class and stops can be changed through the desk. If the change alters the price you are told the new figure before it is applied.
  • Cancellation — free up to the window shown on your confirmation, which varies by market and vehicle class. Stretch limousines, coaches and event work have longer windows because the vehicle is held.
  • No-shows — if nobody appears and nobody makes contact within the waiting allowance, the booking is charged in full.
  • Our side — if we cannot supply the vehicle you booked we upgrade you at no charge, or refund in full if no alternative works.
Ready when you are

Tell us the route. We will quote it before you commit.

A fixed price, a vetted local chauffeur and a vehicle matched to your luggage — anywhere we operate.
