What to include in an enquiry
Nine out of ten enquiries come back with the same follow-up questions. Answer them up front and you will get a price instead of a reply.
- Dates and times, with the timezone if you are writing from somewhere else.
- Full pickup and destination, including terminal, FBO or cruise berth if you know it.
- Flight or tail number for anything touching an airport.
- Passengers and luggage, counting oversized items separately.
- Anything non-standard — child seats, accessibility, pets, protocol requirements, a specific vehicle make.
