Plain summary. This site needs very few cookies. The booking system sets its own, because a reservation cannot work without them. Last updated 2 September 2026.
What this site uses
- Strictly necessary. Set by our reservation system when you start a booking, to keep your session and quotation together between steps. Without these the booking form cannot function.
- Analytics. If enabled, aggregate measurement of which pages are used, to decide what to improve. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who you are.
- Map tiles. The coverage map loads tiles from an external map provider. That request reveals your IP address to them, as any image request would. No advertising identifier is set by us.
What this site does not use
We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or data-broker tags on this website.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for a site, and most let you block third-party cookies entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the reservation form working — if you would rather not accept them, call the desk and book by phone instead.
