What we collect, why we need it, who sees it, and how to make us stop.
Plain summary. We collect what a booking needs, share it with the operator who has to drive it, and do not sell it. Last updated 2 September 2026.
What we collect
- Booking details — name, contact number, email, pickup and destination, dates and times, flight or tail number, passenger and luggage counts.
- Requirements you tell us — child seats, accessibility needs, pets, protocol requirements. Some of this may be sensitive; we hold it only because the journey cannot be delivered without it.
- Account details for corporate and agency customers — cost centres, reference codes, approvers.
- Payment details, handled by our reservation and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Technical data — standard web server logs, and analytics if you have not opted out.
Why we hold it
To quote, confirm and deliver the journey you asked for; to let the chauffeur reach you; to bill correctly; to answer complaints; and to meet legal and tax obligations. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
- The chauffeur operator performing your journey, and only the details they need to perform it.
- Our reservation system provider, which processes bookings and payments on our behalf.
- The account holder where a company or agency booked and is paying for your travel.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Arranging worldwide travel means your details reach the country you are travelling in. Where that country has weaker data-protection law than your own, the transfer happens because it is necessary to perform the contract you asked us to perform.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the service, handle disputes and satisfy accounting and tax requirements, then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Object to marketing at any time — every message has an unsubscribe link and the desk will action a request directly.
- Complain to your national data-protection authority if you think we have got it wrong.
To exercise any of these, email support@limousineworldwide.services with enough detail to identify your booking.
